When the angel and the earthling meet, Angelo discovers that this kid has miraculous powers. So he decided to use Angelito in his "fake" healing racket.

Along the way, Angelito discovers an intern doctor Cielo (Alonzo) who harbors anger over Angelo because she is against his “faith”-healing business. When Angelito tries to work out a reconciliation between them, his attachment to Angelo and Cielo grows. Now this angel gets confused whether to stay on earth or return to heaven.
